Check in/out
Upon check in guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card which can be charged in case of damages or penalties. A surcharge of 12E/hour applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. The latest check-in hour, even if paying a surcharge, is 01:00.
Cancellation
Cancellation and payment policies vary according to apartment type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.
Children and extra beds
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5 per night for children's cots/cribs. All further older children or adults are charged EUR 10 per night for extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Pets
Pets are allowed and guests are required to inform us about their presence upon reservation. An extra cleaning charge of 15/30€ will be applicable.
Rules and penalties
At the check out, guests are kindly required to leave the keys of the room or apartment on the table inside the building. In case of lost of the keys we will charge a penalty of 30€. Penalty for unauthorized late check out 40 €. We kindly ask the guests to leave the apartment with clean dishes and garbage throwed away in specific bins as these services are not included in final cleaning. Otherwise, it will be charge an extra for the cleaning of 50€. In the price of the apartament are included the costs of cleaning at the check-in/check-out.
