Before you book
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 14:00 to 19:00, check-out by 10:00. At check-in you will be asked for photo identification and a credit card as a guarantee against damage and against breaches of the house rules. Arrivals after check-in hours are charged a supplement of 12 € per hour. After 01:00 check-in is not possible, even with a supplement.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by accommodation type. Enter your dates to see the conditions for the option you choose.
Children and extra beds
Children are welcome. Under 2 years: 5 € per night using a cot. From 2 years and adults: 20 € per night using an extra bed. A maximum of 1 extra bed is allowed. Cots and extra beds are available on request and subject to confirmation; supplements are not included in the total and are paid during the stay.
Pets
Allowed if notified at the time of booking, with a supplement between 15 € and 30 € depending on the length of stay. Pets are not accepted in the «Delle Erbe — suite with view» and «Delle Erbe — superior» units.
House rules
Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the property: 300 € penalty. Keys must be left on the table at check-out; lost keys are charged 30 €. Unauthorised late check-out is charged 40 €. Please leave the accommodation with the dishes washed and the rubbish in the proper bins: otherwise the management may charge 30 € for extra cleaning. Cleaning at check-in and check-out is included in the price.
